🔴MY REVIEW: I have taken these capsules for about two weeks and I can really feel the difference. Some how it makes my system feel cleaner and more refreshed. After taking this product for a month or so, I saw obvious results. My hair became more shiny, the percentage of hair loss was reduced, and the nail hardness was significantly enhanced. 🎬之前拍了影片跟大家介紹 #168 #間歇性斷食
研究表示經過12周的間歇姓斷食➡️可減少代謝症侯群的症狀,包含改善體重、腰圍和血壓,
且因為間歇性斷食,讓進食的時間更規律,因此有助心臟健康,
也有少數研究提到對睡眠品質有幫助!
但今天要進階和大家討論,進食的時間,和心臟健康關係也很重要!
依照台灣普遍的生活作息和飲食習慣,多數人執行斷食時,是選擇不吃早餐,
👩🏻⚕️從營養學研究觀點上來看,該不該吃早餐這件事,其實正反面支持的都有。
以流行病學角度來看,有吃早餐習慣的成年人,罹患心臟病和第二型糖尿病的風險較小,
而不吃早餐的人,下午的血糖變動性可能會比較高,容易下午肚子餓,對於原本肥胖的人來說,體重增加的機率反而更高😳
提醒⚠️早上運動的人,就請要吃早餐
所以,請大家要經過營養師的專業,幫你判斷適不適合斷食,以及依照個人的狀態,建議在什麼時段進食😉

2011年4月27日,奶奶煎蛋餅給我當中餐,當天早上我跟奶奶去量血壓,我奶奶血壓正常,結果反而我血壓偏高,快140。奶奶就說我一定是雞蛋吃太多才會這樣,因為我平常至少一天吃3~5顆雞蛋。儘管如此,中餐竟然還是煎蛋餅給我吃,奶奶總是最懂孫子的腸胃阿!!!
我的奶奶在2011年7月16日發生嚴重車禍,全身19個地方骨折,為什麼車禍?因為她早上6點出門買完雞蛋回來與大卡車相撞,我立刻趕到現場,看到現場滿滿的碎雞蛋跟額頭破了一個洞的奶奶鮮血直流,我本能的用盡全身的力量嘶吼,並跟埔心鄉的五通宮神明祈求折壽50年求奶奶康復,很幸運她挺過來了,只是頭腦與手腳不如以往了,但能活著就是種幸福。這是在她身體健康時拍的影片,所以彌足珍貴。
